Rapid Response is Our Specialty
RUSH SERVICE
We can give an immediate response (when preconditioning and conditioning is not required) when we have received rush samples in the early morning from overnight delivery, complete testing, and e-mail results before noon. Rush Service costs more, but for the nominal charge, we will handle the overtime, the weekend or the evenings. We will get you the results that you need when you need them.
SAMPLES
Customers can place samples with an overnight delivery service late in the afternoon. We receive the samples the next morning. When the situation requires immediate response, we will run the tests and have the results in the hands of our customers as fast as an on-site group would be able to do, and we are happy to provide this service. We get satisfaction from being able to provide this kind of valuable service to our customers.
PAYMENT
Payment for any of our services may be by invoice (with a Purchase Order, if you require one), wire transfer, or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, and MasterCard.
